In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of EUGENE DESAUNAIS, of Quail Valley, in the Province of Nelson, Farmer.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the meeting of the Creditors of the above-named EUGENE DESAUNAIS was adjourned by the Registrar of this Honorable Court on account of the non-attendance of Creditors till Monday, the 30th day of November, 1868, at Three of the clock in the afternoon at the Court House, Nelson.

NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to an order made by his Honor Mr. Justice RICHMOND herein, on the 20th day of November, 1868, a meeting of the Creditors of the said CHARLES FLOOD will be held at the Court-House, Nelson, on Monday, the 30th day of November, 1868, at the hour of half-past Two of the clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of appointing a Trustee of the estate of the said Bankrupt, in the place of HUGH CAMPBELL, resigned.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Court did this day adjudge the above-named RICHARD SUTCLIFFE, Bankrupt, and appoint a first meeting of his Creditors to be held at the Court-House, in the City of Nelson, on Monday, the 30th day of November, instant, at Three o'clock in the afternoon: And ordered that the said RICHARD SUTCLIFFE, should surrender, himself at the said Court-House, at One o'clock, on Monday the said 30th day of November, instant.
