NOTICE is hereby given that an application will be made to a Judge or the Registrar of this Honorable Court in Chambers, on Friday the 27th day of November, 1868, at the hour of Ten of the clock, in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter as counsel can be heard for a declaration of the complete execution of a certain deed bearing date the 5th day of September, 1868, and made between the said JOSEPH EDWARDS of the first part, JOSEPH REID DODSON and JOHN EDWARDS therein described of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed being Creditors of the said JOSEPH EDWARDS of the third part and which said deed was duly filed in this Honorable Court at Nelson, on Saturday, the 5th day of September, 1868.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the said EUGENE DESAUNAIS was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own petition. And notice is hereby further given, that the order of adjudication is absolute, and prescribes Monday, the 23rd day of November, 1868, at Three of the clock in the afternoon, at the Court House, Nelson, as the day, hour, and place, for the first meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said order, within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender, is Monday, the 23rd day of November, 1868, at the said Court House.
