has been appointed Visiting Physician of the Nelson Hospital, and Consulting Physician of the Nelson Lunatic Asylum, and that
WILLIAM GEORGE KEMP, M.R.C.S., Engld.,
has been appointed Resident Surgeon of the Nelson Hospital, and Medical Officer of the Lunatic Asylum, Gaol, and Destitute Poor.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of "The Bankruptcy Amendment Act, 1868," and in the matter of RICHARD SUTCLIFFE, of Motueka, in the Province of Nelson, Storekeeper.
NOTICE is hereby given that the said RICHARD SUTCLIFFE was this day adjudged a Bankrupt, the first meeting of Creditors is ordered to take place at the Court-House, in the said City of Nelson, on Monday, the 30th day of November, instant at Three o\'clock in the afternoon: And the Bankrupt is ordered to surrender, at the same place and on the same day at One o\'clock in the afternoon.
