IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, IN ITS BANKRUPTCY JURISDICTION.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of THOMAS CLEAR, of Nelson Creek, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Storekeeper.
NOTICE is hereby given that by Deed, bearing date the 20th day of October instant, and made between the said THOMAS CLEAR of the first part, MORRIS LEVY, of Greymouth, in the County of Westland, Merchant, WILLIAM GLENN, of Greymouth aforesaid, Merchant, and JOHN M'MILLAN, of Greymouth aforesaid, Accountant, of the second part, and the several Creditors of the said THOMAS CLEAR, of the third part, the said THOMAS CLEAR conveyed and assigned all and singular the real and personal estate therein described unto the said MORRIS LEVY, WILLIAM GLENN, and JOHN M'MILLAN, their executors, administrators, and assigns upon certain trusts for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said THOMAS CLEAR; And notice is hereby further given, that the said Deed was duly executed by the said THOMAS CLEAR, on the said 20th day of October instant, in the presence of, and the same is attested by ARTHUR R. GUINNESS, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same Deed was this day filed in this Court, and the same may forthwith be executed by all the Creditors of the said THOMAS CLEAR.

NOTICE is hereby given, that JAMES HENRY GRAHAM, late of Packer's Point, near Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Packer, at present of Addison's Flat, in the Province aforesaid, Miner, has this day filed in this Court, a declaration of insolvency.
