IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT, IN BANKRUPTCY.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the respective matters of THOMAS SAMUEL WARD, of Charleston, Miner, and JOHN MARTIN, of Westport, Storekeeper.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Court did this day appoint a Public Sitting to be held on Wednesday, the 18th day of November next, at the Court-House, Westport, for the above-named Bankrupts respectively to pass their last examinations and to make application for their respective discharges: And notice is hereby further given, that the said Bankrupts respectively intend to apply, at the time and place aforesaid, for orders of discharge, discharging them respectively from all debts, claims, and demands whatsoever provable under their respective Bankruptcies.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above Court did this day appoint a Public Sitting to be held on Friday, the 30th day of October instant, at the Court-House, Westport, for the above-named Bankrupts, and to to [sic] pass their last examinations, and to make application for their respective discharges: And notice is hereby further given, that the said Bankrupts respectively intend to apply, at the time and place aforesaid, for orders of discharge, discharging them respectively from all debts, claims, and demands whatsoever provable under their respective Bankruptcies.

NOTICE is hereby given, that this Court did this day adjudge the above-named WILLIAM HENRY HOBES Bankrupt, appoints a first meeting of his Creditors to be held, and prescribes Saturday, the 31st day of October next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Clerk of this Court, at the Court-House, at Westport, above-mentioned, as the day, hour, and place of the said meeting.
