In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JOHN SHIELS WILLIAMS, of Mokihinui, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Storekeeper, a Bankrupt.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the above Court did this day appoint a Public Sitting to take place on Tuesday, the 17th day of November now next ensuing, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House at Westport above-mentioned, for the above-named Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and to make application for his discharge: And notice is hereby further given, that the said Bankrupt intends to apply to the said Court, at the time and place aforesaid, for an order of discharge, discharging him from all debts, claims, and demands, provable under his Bankruptcy.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above-named JOHN MARTIN was this day adjudicated Bankrupt: And further, that the order of adjudication appoints a first meeting of the Creditors of the said JOHN MARTIN, and prescribes Saturday, the 10th day of October next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Westport, as the day, time, and place for holding the same meeting.
