IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JOSEPH WATKINS, of Quail Valley, in the District of Waimea South, in the Province of Nelson, Farmer.
NOTICE is hereby given that the said JOSEPH WATKINS was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own petition; And, notice is hereby further given, that the order of adjudication is absolute, and prescribes Monday, the 12th day of October, 1868, at Three of the clock in the afternoon, at the Court-House, Nelson, as the day, hour, and place, for the first meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said order, within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender, is Monday, the said 12th day of October, 1868, at the hour of One of the clock, in the afternoon at the said Court-House.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of THOMAS COLLEDGE CROOKE, of the City of Nelson, and Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Painter, Glazier, and Paper-hanger.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Court did this day adjudge the above-named THOMAS COLLEDGE CROOKE Bankrupt, and appoint a first meeting of his Creditors to be held at the Court-House, in the said City of Nelson, on Monday, the 12th day of October instant, at Three o'clock in the afternoon, and ordered that the said THOMAS COLLEDGE CROOKE should surrender himself at the said Court-House, at One o'clock on the said 12th day of October.
