In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of the petition of SAMUEL SAMPER of Westport in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Storekeeper.
NOTICE is hereby given, that this honorable Court did this day adjudge the above named SAMUEL SAMPER Bankrupt, appoint a first meeting of the Creditors of the said SAMUEL SAMPER to be held, and prescribe the 10th day of February, now next ensuing, at ten o\'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-house, at Westport aforesaid as the day, hour, and place, of the said meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above named LEONARD WHITTINGTON, HUGH ROBERTSON, JAMES HAYES, HENRY ELMES CAMPBELL and FREDERICK JONES were this day adjudicated Bankrupts, and further that the orders of adjudication prescribe Thursday the 13th day of February instant at ten o\'clock in the forenoon at the Court-house, Westport, as the day, hour, and place, for holding the first meeting of Creditors.

BLAIR and Company," Publicans, now out of business, have, this day, filed, in this Honorable Court, a declaration of their insolvency.
