IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT, IN BANKRUPTCY.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of GEORGE LIMBRICK, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Commission Agent, Bankrupt.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the above Court did this day appoint a Public Sitting to take place on Saturday, the 17th day of October now next ensuing, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House at Westport above-mentioned, for the above-named Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and to make application for his discharge: And notice is hereby further given, that the said Bankrupt intends to apply to the said Court, at the time and place aforesaid, for an order of discharge, discharging him from all debts, claims, and demands, whatsoever provable under his Bankruptcy.
