IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT, IN BANKRUPTCY.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of ROBERT SPEER, of Charleston, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Brewer, formerly trading in co-partnership with JOSEPH LAMBERT CLARKE, under the style or firm of "SPEER and CLARKE."

NOTICE is hereby given, that this Court did this day adjudge the above-named ROBERT SPEER Bankrupt, appoint a first meeting of his Creditors to be held, and prescribe Monday, the 14th day of September now instant, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Clerk of this Court, at the Court-House, at Westport abovementioned, as the day, hour, and place of the said meeting.

Dated this 2nd day of September, 1868.

NOTICE is hereby given, that WILLIAM MURRAY, of Brown's Terrace, near Charleston, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Miner, mining in co-partnership with JAMES HANNA, ROBERT WATSON, WILLIAM TAYLOR, NEILL BROWN, JOHN DUNN, JOHN SMITH, and GEORGE MILLER, under the style of "HANNA and party," at Brown's Terrace aforesaid, did this day file in this Honorable Court a declaration of his insolvency.

Dated this 5th day of September, 1868.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above-named EDWARD FREDERICK WILLIAMS was this day adjudicated Bankrupt: And further, that the order of adjudication appoints a first meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, and prescribes Monday, the 14th day of September instant, at Two o'clock in the afternoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Clerk of this Court, at Court, Westport, as the day, time, and place for holding the same meeting.
