NOTICE is hereby given, that this Honorable Court did this day adjudge the above-named GEORGE LIMERICK, Bankrupt, appoint a first meeting of his Creditors to be held, and prescribe Saturday, the 5th day of September, now ensuing, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Clerk of this Court, at the Court-House at Westport above-mentioned, as the day, hour, and place of the said meeting, as which time and place the said Bankrupt is required to surrender.

NOTICE is hereby given, that EUGENE DESAUNAIS, of Quail Valley, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Farmer, did, on Saturday, the 29th day of August, 1868, file, in the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he, the said EUGENE DESAUNAIS, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.
