In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JOHN LOFTY, of Charleston, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, a Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above Court did this day appoint a public sitting to take place on Saturday, the 22nd day of August, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Westport, aforesaid, for the above-named Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and make application for his discharge: And, notice is hereby further given, that the said Bankrupt intends to apply to the said Court, at the time and place aforesaid, for an order of discharge, discharging him from all debts, claims, and demands whatsoever, provable under his Bankruptcy.

NOTICE is hereby given, that THOMAS SAMUEL WARD, of Charleston, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Miner, has this day filed in this Court a declaration of his insolvency.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of FREDERICK STOCK, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, Innkeeper.

NOTICE is hereby given, that by a Deed, bearing date the 20th day of August, 1868, and made between the said FREDERICK STOCK, of the first part, JAMES TOWNSEND LOWE, of the said City of Nelson, Merchant, and JOSEPH REED DODSON, of the same city, Brewer, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being Creditors of the said FREDERICK STOCK, of the third part, the said FREDERICK STOCK conveyed and assigned all and singular his personal estate and effects unto the said JAMES TOWNSEND LOWE and JOSEPH REED DODSON, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns upon trust for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said FREDERICK STOCK: And, notice is hereby further given, that the said deed was duly executed by the said FREDERICK STOCK in the presence of, and is attested by ALBERT PITT of the said City of Nelson, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the said deed is also executed by the said Trustees: And, notice is hereby further given that the said deed was duly filed in the office of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, on Saturday, the 22nd day of August, 1868.
