IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JOSEPH MOSS and REUBEN HARRIS, late of Brighton, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, carrying on business in co-partnership, as Commission Agents, under the style or firm of "Moss and Company," now of Charleston, in the said Province, Bankrupts.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above Court did this day appoint a public sitting, to take place on Saturday, the 22nd day of August, instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Westport, aforesaid, for the above-named Bankrupts to pass their last examination, and make application for their discharge: And, notice is hereby further given, that the said Bankrupts intend to apply to the said Court, at the time and place aforesaid, for an order of discharge, discharging them from all debts, claims, and demands whatsoever, provable under their bankruptcy.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of TERENCE PATRICK FINN, late of Addison's Flat, near Westport, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Draper, now of Brighton, in the said Province, Draper's assistant, a Bankrupt.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above Court did this day appoint a public sitting to take place on Saturday, the 22nd day of August, instant, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Westport, aforesaid, for the above-named Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and make application for his discharge: And, notice is hereby further given, that the said Bankrupt intends to apply to the said Court, at the time and place aforesaid, for an order of discharge, discharging him from all debts, claims, and demands whatsoever, provable under his Bankruptcy.
