NOTICE is hereby given, that FRANK FISHER, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Auctioneer, has this day filed, in this Court, a declaration of his insolvency.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given, that WILLIAM WALLACE, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Watchmaker, did, on Saturday, the Twenty-fifth day of January, 1868, file, at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he, the said WILLIAM WALLACE, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.
Dated this 25th day of January, 1868.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of THOMAS CORBETT, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Draper.

NOTICE is hereby given, that by a Deed bearing date the Thirtieth day of January instant, made between the said THOMAS CORBETT of the first part; THOMAS SHERLOCK GRAHAM, of the City of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, in New Zealand aforesaid, Merchant, and THOMAS RICHARD FISHER, of the City of Nelson aforesaid, Merchant, of the second part; and all and singular the persons who are Creditors of the said THOMAS CORBETT, of the third part: The said THOMAS CORBETT conveyed and assigned all and singular his real and personal estate unto the said THOMAS SHERLOCK GRAHAM and THOMAS RICHARD FISHER, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns upon trust for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said THOMAS CORBETT: And notice is hereby further given, that the said Deed was duly executed by the said THOMAS CORBETT, THOMAS SHERLOCK GRAHAM, and THOMAS RICHARD FISHER, on the said Thirtieth day of January instant, in the presence of, and the same is attested by SAMUEL KINGDON, of Nelson aforesaid, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same Deed was duly filed on the same day.

Dated this 31st day of January, 1868.
