IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JOHN O'SULLIVAN, the younger, and JAMES O'SULLIVAN.
TAKE NOTICE, that by Deed, bearing date the 27th day of December, instant, made between John O'Sullivan, the younger, and James O'Sullivan, both of the Picton Road, in the Province of Marlborough, Hotelkeepers and Contractors, of the first part; Henry Dodson, of Blenheim, Auctioneer, and George Henderson, of the same place, Merchants' Agent of the second part; and the Creditors of the said John O'Sullivan and James O'Sullivan, of the third part, all the property and effects of them, the said John O'Sullivan and James O'Sullivan, were assigned unto the said Henry Dodson and George Henderson, upon trust, for the benefit of creditors, and that such deed provides for the release of the claims of creditors, and has been duly filed in the office of the Supreme Court, at Blenheim.
Creditors who have not assented to the said deed are requested to sign the same forthwith.

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF MARLBOROUGH.
In the matter of the "Bankruptcy Act, 1867."
NOTICE is hereby given that by Deed bearing date the 13th day of December, 1867, made between WILLIAM ROBINSON of the Big Bush near Blenheim, Farmer, of the first part JOHN MACK HUTCHESON, of Blenheim, aforesaid Storekeeper of the second part, and the Creditors of the said WILLIAM ROBINSON of the third part. All the property of the said WILLIAM ROBINSON (both real and personal) is now vested in the said JOHN MACK HUTCHESON in trust for the benefit of Creditors. And that such Deed has been assented to by a majority in number representing three-fourths in value of the said Creditors, and is filed in the office of the District Court at Blenheim.
Dated this 13th day of December, 1867.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts Amendment Act, 1865; and the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1866;" and in the matter of the petition of REGINALD HENRY KEMP BENNETT, of Brighton, in the Province of Nelson, Doctor of Medicine.
On Friday, the fifteenth day of November, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.
UPON reading the petition of the said REGINALD HENRY KEMP BENNETT, and the affidavit filed therewith, and upon hearing Mr. PITT of Counsel for the Petitioner, I do order that all and singular, the real and personal estate of the said Petitioner be sequestrated in the hands of ROBERT POLLOCK, of the City of Nelson, Inspector in Bankruptcy, and that the said Petitioner do personally appear at the sitting of the District Court at Westport, in the Province of Nelson, on Tuesday, the eleventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight, then and there to be examined touching the said petition and the matter therein referred to; and I do further order that the person and estate of the said Petitioner be protected from arrest, execution, or other legal process, until the further order of this Court or the said District Court, upon condition that the said Petitioner do, on the second day of each month, commencing on the second day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, pay into the hand of the said ROBERT POLLOCK, the sum of Twelve pounds sterling, provided however, that such protection shall cease, and be of no effect should any Creditor of the said petitioner be in a position to issue a writ of arrest against the said petitioner in the absence of the regulations of the Writ of Arrest Act to the satisfaction of a Judge of the said Court or of a Registrar of the said Court in the absence of a Judge thereof; and I do lastly order that a meeting of the Creditors of the said petitioner shall be held at the Court-house at Westport on Monday the Thirtieth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, at the hour of Three o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of recommending to the Court a Trustee or Trustees of and for making suggestions in reference to winding up the estate of the said petitioner.
