In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," in the matter of ROBERT ALCORN, WILLIAM MCFARLAND, and JAMES MCFARLAND, all of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, trading in co-partnership together as Storekeepers, under the style or firm of "ALCORN & Co.," Bankrupts; in the matter of LOUIS EHRENFRIED, and BERNHARD EHRENFRIED, both of Westport aforesaid, trading in co-partnership as Storekeepers, under the style or firm of "EHRENFRIED BROTHERS," Bankrupts; in the matter BERNARD ROGERS, of Brighton, in the Province and Colony aforesaid, Publican, Bankrupt; and in the matter of WILLIAM COURTNEY, of Brighton aforesaid, Tramway Proprietor, Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above-named Bankrupts, ROBERT ALCORN, WILLIAM MCFARLAND, JAMES MCFARLAND, LOUIS EHRENFRIED, BERNHARD EHRENFRIED, BERNARD ROGERS, and WILLIAM COURTNEY, severally and respectively intend to apply to the above Court, at its Public Sitting on Tuesday, the 2nd day of June now next ensuing, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, at Westport above-mentioned, for orders of discharge, discharging them and each of them, severally and respectively, from all debts, claims, and demands whatsoever provable, under their several and respective Bankruptcies.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JOHN SHIELDS WILLIAMS, of Mokihinui, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Storekeeper, Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given, that this Court did, this day, adjudge the above-named JOHN SHIELDS WILLIAMS Bankrupt, appoint a first meeting of his Creditors to be held, and prescribe Tuesday, the 26th day of May now instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, at the Court-House, at Westport, above-mentioned, as the day, hour, and place of the said meeting; and Tuesday, the 2nd day of June now next ensuing, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House aforesaid, as the time within which the said Bankrupt, JOHN SHIELDS WILLIAMS, is required to surrender.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867"; and in the matter of the Petition of PIERRE BOSSARD, of Caledonian Terrace, near Westport, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Publican, Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the first meeting of the Creditors, held this day, in the above matter, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, at the Court-House, Westport, a resolution was passed by a majority in number representing three-fourths in value of the Creditors present or represented thereat, accepting a proposal then made by the above-named Bankrupts, for taking his estate out of Bankruptcy; and further that the said meeting was adjourned until eleven o'clock on Tuesday, the 26th day of May instant, at the office of the said FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, at Westport aforesaid.
