NOTICE is hereby given that I, HENRY ELMES CAMPBELL, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Solicitor, did, on Monday, the 6th day of January, 1868, file, in this Court, a declaration of my insolvency, pursuant to the provisions of the above-mentioned Act.

NOTICE is hereby given, that GEORGE BLAIR, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, late a Publican, now out of business, did, on Monday, the 6th day of January, 1868, file, in this Court, a declaration of his insolvency, pursuant to the provisions of the above-mentioned Act.

NOTICE is hereby given, that TUESDAY, the 11th day of February, 1868, at the Court-house, Westport, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, is appointed for the first hearing of the undermentioned petitions.
