having been laid before the Governor, his Excellency has been pleased to leave the same to its operation.

which Bill was reserved for the signification of the Governor's pleasure thereon, having been laid before the Governor, his Excellency has been pleased to assent to the same.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867."
NOTICE is hereby given that FREDERICK JONES, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Publican, did, on Monday, the 6th day of January, 1868, file in this Court a declaration of his insolvency, pursuant to the provisions of the above-mentioned Act.

NOTICE is hereby given that HUGH ROBERTSON, late of Queenstown, Otago, Baker, but now of the Mokihinui, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Journeyman Baker, did on Monday, the 6th day of January, 1868, file in this Court, a declaration of his insolvency, pursuant to the provisions of the above-mentioned Act.
