IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT, IN BANKRUPTCY.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of BERNARD ROGERS, of Brighton, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given that this honorable Court, did this day appoint a public sitting to take place on the 7th day of April, now next ensuing at the Court-House, at Westport, in the Province and Colony above mentioned, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the above named bankrupt to pass his last examination, and to make application for his discharge.

Dated this 25th day of March, 1868.
