In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867."
NOTICE is hereby given that PIERRE BOSSARD, of Caledonian Terrace, near Westport, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Publican, has this day filed in this Court a declaration of his insolvency.

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT, BANKRUPTCY JURISDICTION.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of the petition of JOSEPH KOHN and FREDERICK KELLERMANN, of Hunter-street, in the City of Sydney in the Colony of New South Wales, trading as "JOSEPH KOHN and Co.," Merchants, and in the matter of ROBERT ALCORN WILLIAM MCFARLAND and JAMES M'FARLAND all of Westport in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, trading in co-partnership under the style or firm of "ALCORN and Co.," Storekeepers, Bankrupts.
NOTICE is hereby given that at the first meeting of the Creditors of the above named Bankrupts held on the 23rd day of March, instant, at the Court-House, Westport, a resolution was passed by a majority representing three-fourths in value of the Creditors present or represented thereat accepting a proposal then made by the above named Bankrupts for taking their estate out of bankruptcy; And further, that the said meeting was adjourned until Tuesday the 7th day of April, 1868, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon at the Court-House, Westport.

NOTICE is hereby given that this honorable Court did this day ADJUDGE the above named WILLIAM COURTNEY bankrupt, APPOINT a first meeting of the Creditors of the said WILLIAM COURTNEY to be held, and PRESCRIBE the 3rd day of April now next ensuing at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, at Westport, in the Province and Colony aforesaid, as the day, hour, and place, of the said meeting, and on or before which day the said WILLIAM COURTNEY is required to surrender.
