IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, IN ITS BANKRUPTCY JURISDICTION.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of ALEXANDER HAMILTON KING, and EDWARD COWLEY of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, trading under the firm of "KING AND COWLEY."
NOTICE is hereby given, that the above named ALEXANDER HAMILTON KING and EDWARD COWLEY were this day adjudicated Bankrupts, and further that the order of adjudication appoints a first meeting of the Creditors of the said ALEXANDER HAMILTON KING and EDWARD COWLEY, and prescribes Monday the 23rd day of March instant at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Westport, as the day, time, and place, for holding the same meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given, that this Court, did this day adjudge the above named ROBERT ALCORN, WILLIAM M'FARLAND, and JAMES M'FARLAND, Bankrupts, and ordered that a first meeting of the Creditors of the said ROBERT ALCORN, WILLIAM M'FARLAND, and JAMES M'FARLAND, be held and prescribed Monday, the 23rd day of March instant, at eleven o'clock, in the forenoon, at the Court-House Westport, as the day, hour, and place, for holding the said meeting.

BLAIR and Company, Publicans, now out of Business.
NOTICE is hereby given that this Court did this day adjudge the above named GEORGE NORMAN, and CHARLES BATCHELDOR, and CHARLES BATCHELDOR, Bankrupts, and ordered that a first meeting of the Creditors, of the said GEORGE NORMAN, and CHARLES BATCHELDOR, be held and prescribed Monday, the 23rd day of March, instant, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon at the Court-House Westport, as the day, hour, and place, for holding the said meeting.

NOTICE is hereby given, that a public sitting of this Court, will be held on the seventh day of April, next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Westport, for the above named Bankrupts respectively, to pass their final examination and to make application for their respective discharges.
