IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, IN ITS BANKRUPTCY JURISDICTION.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given, that THOMAS GELLIBRAND, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Commission Agent, has, this day, filed, in this Court a declaration of his Insolvency.

Dated this 12th day of March, 1868.

The Nelson Provincial Council Buildings (depicted) were constructed beginning with the laying of the foundation stone on 26 August 1859, with the first Council meeting held there on 30 April 1861.

The buildings served Nelson for over a century before being demolished on 12 September 1969.
