In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given, that ALPHONSO JECKLIN, of the Devil's Grip, Maruia and Lyell, all in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Storekeeper and Trader, did on the fourth day of Jan., 1868, file at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867;" a declaration that he the said ALPHONSO JECKLIN was unable to meet his engagements with his creditors. Dated this fourth day of January, One thousand eight hundred and sixty eight.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts, 1862, 1865, and 1866," and in the matter of the petition of TERENCE PATRICK FINN, Addison's Flat, near Westport, in the Province of Nelson, a Bankrupt.

The fifth day of November, 1867.

UPON reading the petition in the above matter and the several affidavits filed herein, and upon hearing Mr. Kingdon of Council for the said petitioner, I order that the said petition be heard at Westport on the 11th day of February, 1868, that interim sequestration be granted to Robert Pollock Esq., Inspector in Bankruptcy for the said District—that this order be a vesting order, and that a meeting of creditors be held at the Court House, Westport, on the eighth day of January 1868, at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of recommending a Trustee, and the best mode of winding up the estate.
