I, the Undersigned, WILLIAM DAVIS,
hereby make application to REGISTER
"The Nile Cement Crushing Company,
Registered," under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Limited Liability Act,
1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely
declare that the following statement is to
the best of my knowledge and belief true in
every particular, namely—

  1. The name and style of the Company is
    "The Nile Cement Crushing Company,
    Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at Darkie's
    Terrace, Charleston, in the Province of
    Nelson.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is
    sixteen hundred pounds in forty shares
    of forty pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is four hun-
    dred and fourteen pounds.
  5. The name of the manager is William
    Davis.
  6. The office of the Company is at Darkie's
    Terrace, Charleston.
