NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned SECTION of LAND is withdrawn from the sale of Crown Lands advertised for SATURDAY, the 21st instant, viz:—

APPLICATIONS for DEPASTURAGE LICENSES in accordance with the regulations of "The Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands during the month of August, 1867:—

Pavitt, Jones, and Pavitt. District—The Clarence
Bounded on the south by their previous application on Tent Creek; on the east by the run held by Mr. Carter, transferred from Timms; on the west by the summit of ranges leading over Maling's Pass; and on the north by a line from Maling's Pass to Lake Tennyson, so as to include 6000 acres.
Deposit—£10.

Charles Wiesenhavern. District—West Wanganui
Bounded on the west and south by mudflat of West Wanganui Inlet; east and west by high mountains.
3000 acres, 8
Deposit—£5.
