line of road to the banks of the river Motueka at
section 250 Motueka district, and thence by the line
of road leading up the valley of the Motueka to the
Riwa district.
To commence from the main line of road near the
school-house Riwaka district, and to continue along
the line of road now in use to the landing place for
the Riwaka district.
To commence from the jetty at Motueka and to
take the line of road now in use through the native
reserve section to Thorpes-road, and thence by Thorpe's
and Greenwood's roads to the trunk line of road in
the village at Giblin's corner.
To commence from the line of road in section num-
bered 6, on Square 8, and to continue along the line
of road now in use, and known as the East Takaka
road, to Boyle-street in the Village of Clifton.
To commence from the line of road in section num-
bered 163, on Square 11, and to take the line of road
between sections numbered 161 and 164 to the river
Motupipi, and thence to the line of road leading to
the Motupipi jetty.
To commence from the line of road between sections
numbered 109 and 115, on Square 11; and to take
the line of road now in use through sections 109, 29,
22, and 21, to the line of road leading to the Motupipi
jetty.
To commence from a point on the line of road in
section numbered 21, on Square 11, and to take the
line of road now in use through sections numbered 18
9, and 5; and to continue on the same line of road
to the landing-place at the mouth of the river
Motupipi.
To commence from the line of road at section num-
bered 137, on Square 11, district of the Takaka; and
to continue along the line of road now in use to the
Court-house, Collingwood, as the same line of road is
drawn on Squares numbered 11, 13, and 14.
To commence from the Court-house, Collingwood,
and to continue along the line of road now in use, i
through the town of Collingwood and Collingwood
Suburban, to the ford over the river Aorere, in section
numbered 13, on Square 14, and thence across the
river, and along the line of road drawn on Square 14,
to the south-westward boundaries of sections num-
bered 106 and 116, on the said Square.
To commence from the jetty on Gibbs' Flat, and
to continue along the line of road now in use along
the beach, to the town of Collingwood, through the
said town and Collingwood Suburban, and a continua-
tion of the same road to Washbourn's Flat, Slate
river.
To commence at the Accommodation House, near
the Big Bush, kept by Mr. Wiesenhavern, and to
continue along the line of road now in use leading up
the Wairau Gorge to Tarndale, thence by the same
line of road, through the Valleys of the Alma,
Acheron, and Clarence, to the foot of Jollie's Pass;
thence by Jollie's Pass to the Hanmer, and along the
same line of road over the Pahau, and to the proposed
site for the bridge over the Hurunui.
To commence at the main line of road in Tarndale,
and to continue along the line of road now in use to
Lake Tennyson; thence by Maling's Pass to the
Dillon; and thence by the Valley of the Dillon, to
its junction with the Hope.
To commence at the main line of road on the
Hanmer Plain, and to continue along the line of road
now in use up the Valleys of the Dillon and Hope;
and thence by Kiwi Creek to Lake Marion, and on to
Lake Sumner.
To commence from the banks of the Conway, and
to continue along the line of road now in use, and
leading over the Whale's Back and Mount Cookson;
and thence to the Mason, thence down the Valley of
the Mason to the Dillon, thence over the Dillon and
along the foot of the Isolated Hills, and by the same
road to the site for the proposed bridge over the
Hurunui.
To commence from the banks of the Conway, and
to continue along the line of road now in use, leading
across Mr. Caverhill's run; thence over the river
Dillon, and by the same line of road across the Cheviot
Hill run to the banks of the Hurunui.
To commence from the main line of road in the
Valley of the Mason, and to continue along the line
of road now in use across the runs of Messrs. Tinline
and Rutherford; and thence by the Leslie Pass to
the line of road in the Hanmer Plain.
