SUBURBAN NORTH.

By the line known as the Native Boundary, from high water mark of Tasman Bay, for a distance of fire and a half miles; thence by a line drawn in a direction south 45 deg west, true bearing, for a distance of four miles; thence by a line to the northern angle of section 21 square 23, and along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said section,—the northern boundary of section 31, Maitai,—the north-eastern boundary of sections 36, 39, 38, and 37, square 23,—the south-western boundary of section 29, square 23,—the north-eastern boundaries of sections 24, 25, and 26, square 23; thence by the south-eastern boundary of section 1, Suburban North, to its southern angle, and along the south-western boundary of the said section; thence in the same direction to high water mark outside the Boulder Bank; and thence by high water mark to the commencement of the district.

WAIMEA.

By the high water mark of Tasman Bay, from the northern end of the division line between sections 194, Moutere, and 26, Waimea West, to the northern angle of section 1, Suburban South; thence along the northern and eastern boundaries of the said section,—the eastern boundary of section 4, Suburban South,—parts of the north-eastern boundaries of section 12, Suburban South,—the north-eastern boundary of sections 11, 6, 7, and XII, in the said district, to the eastern angle of section XII, Suburban South,—parts of the south-eastern boundary of same section to the northern angle of section XI, Suburban South, and along the north-eastern boundary of the said section XI, and of section XVIII, Suburban South, and the same straight line as the said boundaries for two miles from the eastern angle of the said section XVIII.

Thence a line drawn in a direction south 45deg west, true bearing, for a distance of 2 1/2 miles; thence a line drawn to the south-eastern angle of section 29, square 4, and along its southern and western boundaries; thence by the watershed to the southern end of section 3, Wai-iti, Hills, square 4;
thence by a line to the eastern angle of section 135, Pigeon Valley, square 2; thence by a line to the northern angle of section 103, square 6; thence by a line to the southern angle of section 89, square 6, and by the division line between that section and section 88, to the bank of the river Dove; thence along the bank of the said river to the division line between sections 1 and 83 of square 6, and along the south-west boundary of said section 1, and the north-west boundaries of sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Suburban Thorpe, and by the north-eastern boundary of the said section 10; thence by a line to the northern angle of section 139, and the north-eastern boundaries of sections 139 and 105, section 111, and the south-western boundary of sections 111, 112, and 112, square 2, and along the eastern boundary of section 114; thence and the south-eastern boundary of section 114; thence by a line to the south-west angle of section 161, square 2; thence by a line to the southern angle of section 126, Rising Sun Valley; thence a line to southern angle of section 37, square 2, and by the western boundaries of sections 37, 38, 39, and 36, to highest point on ridge at south-west angle of section 60, square 2; thence by a line to southern angle of section 102, Moutere, and along the south-eastern boundaries of sections 192 and 194, Moutere, to high water mark.

The islands in the Waimea mud-flats to be included in this district.

MOUTERE.

By high water mark, Tasman Bay, from the mouth of the Moutere river to the northern end of the division line between sections 194, Moutere, and 26, Waimea West; thence by the south-eastern boundaries of sections 194 and 192, Moutere, to the southern angle of section 192; thence by a straight line to the highest point of the ridge at the south-western angle of section 69, square 2, and along the western boundary of section 161, square 2; and thence by a straight line to the south-east angle of section 114, Rising Sun Valley; thence by a line to the south-east angle of section 82, square 3; thence by a straight line to the south-eastern angle of section 50, Waiwhero, and along the eastern boundary of the said section 50, and of sections 49 and 48, and the south-western boundary of section 56, and the north-western boundaries of sections 56 and 57, Waiwhero, and of sections 3, 2, and 4, of square 3, to the western angle of section 44, Moutere; thence by a line to the south-west angle of section 6, square 3, and along the western boundaries of sections 6, 28, 11, 9, and 5, and the northern boundary of section 5, to the bank of the Moutere river; and thence by the south-eastern bank of the Moutere river to its mouth.

To include the islands at the mouth of the Moutere river in this district.

MOTUEKA.

By the southern bank of the Motueka river, from a point opposite the north-western angle of section 215, Motueka, to the southern end of the said river; thence by high water mark, Tasman Bay, to the mouth of the Motueka river to the bank of the Moutere river; and along the western bank of the Moutere river to the north-eastern angle of section 200, Motueka; thence by the boundary of the said section, and the western boundaries of sections 5, 9, 128, and 6, Moutero, to the south-western angle of section 6; thence a line to the western angle of section 44, Moutere, and along the north-western boundaries of sections 4, 2, 3, 57, and 56, of square 3,—a portion of south-western boundary of section 56, and the eastern boundaries of sections 48, 49, and 50, of square 3, to the south-eastern angle of section 50; thence by a line to north-western angle of section 82, square 3; thence by a line to south-western angle of section 47, Waiwhero, and along the western boundaries of sections 47, 45, 44, 43, 42, and 41, square 3, to south-western angle of section 51, and by the southern boundary of section 51; thence by a line to southern angle of section 2 of block 1, 231, 232, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 240, 241, 242, 243, 244, 245, and 246, Motueka, to the southern bank of the Motueka river.

The islands in the river Motueka to be included in this district.

PAINGATOTARA.

By a line drawn due east from a point on the watershed between Tasman Bay and Golden Bay, to the northern angle of section 62, square 9, and along the north eastern boundaries of the said section, and of sections 66, 57, and 22, of square 9, and 4 of 62, Motueka; thence by a line due eastward across the public road and the Motueka River, and along the southern bank of the said river to a point nearest the north-western angle of section 215, Motueka; thence
