PROCLAMATION.

By His Honor OSWALD CURTIS, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand, &c., &c.

WHEREAS certain Proclamations establishing Road Districts, have been from time to time issued under the "Country Roads Act, 1856," and whereas, it is expedient to amend and alter the boundaries of some of the districts so proclaimed as aforesaid.

Now, therefore, I, OSWALD CURTIS, Superintendent of the said Province of Nelson, by virtue of the power and authority enabling me on that behalf, do hereby revoke all Proclamations heretofore published, establishing or amending Boundaries of Districts under the "Country Roads Act, 1856," except so far as may affect the completion of any acts begun, or the claiming of any right accrued, or the recovery of any rates now due under such Proclamations, or any of them, and do declare and proclaim that on and after the First day of July next, there shall be for the purposes of the said "Country Roads Act" the Districts following, that is to say:

SUBURBAN NORTH,
WAIMEA,
MOUTERE,
MOTUEKA,
PAINGATOTARA,
UPPER MOTUEKA,
RIWAKA,
TAKAKA,
COLLINGWOOD,
AMURI,

the boundaries of which districts are fully set forth hereunder.
