BULLER RIVER.

A Signal Station has been established on the South Beach, where, at the Flagstaff now being erected, the same Signals will be used as at the Grey and Hokitika.

NOTICE.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, WESTLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts."

HIS HONOR HENRY BARNES GRESSON, Esquire, the Judge presiding in this Honorable Court, has appointed that the Court shall sit for the dispatch of business accruing under the said Acts, at the Court House, Hokitika, on Friday, the Eighth day of February next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned NATHANIEL EDWARDS, GEORGE BENNETT, and JOHN SYMONS, trading in the City of Nelson in the Colony of New Zealand, as Merchants, under the style or firm of "NATHANIEL EDWARDS & Co.," has been this 30th day of November, 1866, DISSOLVED by mutual consent, and that all DEBTS due to and by us as such partners, are to be respectively RECEIVED and PAID by the said George Bennett and John Symons, by whom the business will in future be carried on under the same name or style as heretofore.
