NELSON GOVERNMENT DEBENTURES.

Superintendent's Office, Nelson,
November 22, 1866.

THE Provincial Government of Nelson, being now prepared to redeem the Debentures issued under the "Nelson Debenture Act, 1858," the Holders of them are invited to communicate with this Office, stating the number they have to dispose of and the terms.

NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of the "Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," the following piece of land is reserved for Public Purposes, viz.—

A small piece of land in the Town of Nelson, situated in Halifax-street, adjoining the western boundary of Town Section 185, and numbered 184 on the plan of the said Town, containing 1 rood 5 perches, more or less.

NOTICE TO MARINERS.

CONSTANT BAY, PAKIHI.

A Flagstaff has been erected on the North Point, where the following Signals will be shown:—
Red Flag at masthead—Boats can enter.
Blue Flag half-mast—Low water; wait for tide.
White Flag—Entrance dangerous; surf too heavy for boats.
