Bounded on the North-east by the boundary of the Province of Marlborough, on the south side by Ward's Pass Stream, being the northern boundary of land applied for by H. Fanzelow, on the West by hills, name unknown.
Estimated extent, 3,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £5.

WALKER, BROTHERS—District Maruia.
Being for all the open land on both sides of the River Maruia, lying between Mr. James Rochfort's surveys and Cannibal's Gorge.
Estimated extent, under 3,000 acres.

W. J. COBB—District Takaka.
Being on a westerly branch of the River Takaka, about five miles above its junction with the main river and running in a northerly direction from Mount Arthur, and lying on each side of the river for about five miles, by three-quarters of a mile in breadth, bounded on the northward and southward by gorges, and on the eastward and westward by high hills.
Estimated extent under 3,000 acres.
