Regulations of the Nelson Waste Lands
Act, 1863, received by the Commissioner
of Crown Lands during the months of
December, 1864, and January, 1865.

W. A. MORRISON—District, the Red Hills
Bounded on the south by the Pro-
vincial Boundary running from
the Old Top House, on the east
by Ward's Pass, on the north by
a line running over the back
ranges of Gordon's Knob parallel
with the southern boundary, and
on the west by the Big Bush.
Estimated extent, say 10,000 acres.
Deposit paid £15.

ROBERT DONALD—District the Wangapeka.
Being for the land lying on each
side of the Sherry River and the
creek known as Slippery Creek.
Estimated extent 3,000 acres.
Deposit paid £5.
