To his Honor the Superintendent.

SIR,
I hereby declare WILLIAM WRIGHT, WILLIAM ROUT, DAVID BURNS, and THOMAS WATTS, were this day duly elected to fill the vacancies as Members of the Nelson Board of Works. Messrs. Wright, Rout, and Burns for two years, and Mr. Thomas Watts for one year.

NOTICE is hereby given, that in accordance with the provisions of the Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863, the following sections are withdrawn from Sale, viz.—

" No. 67 and 69, of " 11.

District of Moutere.
Section, No. 114, of square 2.

BAIGENT AND COLE.—District of the Maruia.
Bounded on the north by a line running east and west from the junction of the River Warwick with the Maruia; on the east by the Maruia Plain; on the south by a line running east and west from the River Maruia at a point about nine miles above the Warwick junction; and on the west by the rocky ranges.
Estimated extent, 3,000 acres.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the undermentioned ALLOTMENTS of Land will be put up to PUBLIC AUCTION at the Crown Land Office, Nelson, on SATURDAY, the 16th day of September, 1865, at Twelve o'clock noon.

Ten per cent. of the purchase money to be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder to be paid within one month.
