HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information, that on and after the FIRST DAY OF SEPTEMBER next, the undermentioned RATES OF PILOTAGE will be charged at the PORT OF NELSON, instead of the rates specified in the Nelson Harbor Regulations of 1856, viz.:—

In outer Roadstead.
Sailing Vessels ....................Twopence per Ton.
Steamers ............................Threehalfpence per Ton.

In Harbor.
Sailing Vessels ....................Fourpence per Ton.
Steamers ............................Threepence per Ton.

Removals—each One Pound (£1).

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information, that the Justices' Order, dated June 27th, 1865, granting the Alteration of a certain Road in the District of Lower Moutere, as described in the application of THOMAS BRUNNER, Chief Surveyor, and JOHN BLACKETT, Provincial Engineer, published in the Nelson Government Gazette, No. 14, of the 26th April, 1865, has been confirmed by the Superintendent and Executive Council.
