HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified, for general information, that the Orders for the alteration of certain Roads, hereinafter described, obtained from Justices of the Peace, in accordance with the Provisions of the Alteration of Roads Act, Session II., No. 4, were confirmed by the Superintendent and Executive Council, on the sixteenth day of January instant, viz.—

Motueka and Riwaka Districts.

  1. Order dated 15th November, 1864.—For the alteration of a road on the bank of the Motueka River, on the northern boundary of Sections 52 and 58.

And also for the alteration of a road through the Hospital and Lunatic Asylum Reserve, Riwaka Valley, as described in the Notice of Thomas Brunner and John Blackett, published in the Nelson Government Gazette, No. 26, of the 29th September, 1864.

Takaka.

  1. Order dated 15th November, 1864.—For the alteration of the Road between Sections 172 and 201 in the District of Takaka, as described in the Notice of Henry Lewis, published in the Nelson Government Gazette, No. 26, of the 29th September, 1864.

IN accordance with the Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863, Notice is hereby given that Sections Nos. 82 and 83, Square, No. 6, Dove Dale; and Section No. 71, Square, No. 3, Ngatimoti, are withdrawn from sale.
