taki.
Being for all the grass land over and
above the land occupied by W.
Hunter; and all the grass land
running southward up the River
Matakitaki, and on each side of
the same.

JOHN YOUNG—District, Upper Waiau.
Bounded on the northward by hills
adjoining Maling's Pass; on the
eastward by the hills to the west-
ward of Timm's Run on the Cla-
rence; on the westward by Mr.
Travers's Run and the River
Waiau; and on the southward by
Mr. G. Edwards's Run, transfer-
red to G. Willmer.
Estimated extent, 10,000 acres.
