IN pursuance of the power vested
in me by the "Boundaries of Pro-
vinces Act, 1858," I do hereby nominate and
appoint—
JAMES CROWE RICHMOND, Esquire,
Commissioner of Crown Lands in the Pro-
vince of Nelson, and
COURTENAY WILLIAM AYLMER THOMAS
KENNY, Esquire,
Commissioner of Crown Lands in the Pro-
vince of Marlborough, to be Commissioners
under the aforesaid Act, to ascertain and
report on the Boundaries between the Pro-
vince of Nelson and the Province of Marl-
borough, with the view to having such
Boundaries defined.
Given under my hand at the Govern-
ment House at Wellington, this

Range; and on the north-west

water mark; on the west by the
River Anakaka; on the south by
a line along the foot of the
wooded ranges in Golden Bay.
