on the plan attached to this application, and is more particularly described as follows, viz:—

The portion of a road in section No. 36, commencing at the road lying between sections 35 and 36, proceeding in a south-westerly direction, and terminating at or near No. 2 survey peg on the lower end of Wilkie's spur; length about 24 chains.

And to substitute in the place thereof, a certain other road 60 links in width, and which is shown by pink color on the plan attached to this application, and is more particularly described as follows, viz:—

The portion of road crossing section No. 36, in a southerly direction, commencing at the road lying between Sections 35 and 36 at a point about 13¾ chains, westward of the end of the road proposed to be stopped up, and terminating at No. 2 survey peg on the lower end of Wilkie's spur, length about 16½ chains
