HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information, that the Order of Justices dated at Motueka, the 25th day of March, 1865, for the Alteration of certain Roads under the provisions of the \"Alteration of Roads Act, 1854,\" and which alterations are fully described in the notice of C. H. BENSEMANN, Chairman of the Moutere Road Board, published in the Nelson Government Gazette, No. 4, of the 2nd February, 1865, has been confirmed by the Superintendent and Executive Council.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Publicans\' Bush License granted to Mr. JOHN WESTON, of the Bridge Inn, Lower Moutere, has been declared FORFEITED by the Superintendent and Executive Council.

ALTERATION OF ROADS.

THE undersigned hereby give notice that they intend to apply to two or more Justices of the Peace, at a sitting to be held on Tuesday, June 27th, 1865, at the Court-House, Nelson, for STOPPING UP and DIVERTING, and MAKING the undermentioned roads, and further that they will cause survey plans of the several roads Proposed to be stopped up, substituted, and made, together with books of reference and estimates, to be deposited on or before the 9th day of May, 1865, with the Clerk to the Magistrates at Nelson, and with Mr. George Madge Taylor, Constable for the District of Moutere.

To stop up part of a road in the Lower Moutere District being part of a road laid down on the plans leading from the Moutere River to the Wai-wero, and which is shown by the blue color
