APPLICATIONS for DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Regulations under the Waste Lands Act, 1858, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands during the Month of JULY, 1863.

G. WILLMOR—District, the Upper Waiau.
Bounded on the northward, by the River Henry ; eastward by the River Waiau-ua ; westward by the River Ann, to its source ; and on the southward, by a line over the top of the range, joining the southern extremity of the western boundary, to a point on the Waiau-ua, three miles below its junction with the Henry.
Estimated extent, under 10,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £15.

THOS. ASKEW—District the Croixelles.
Being the whole of the land included within the boundaries specified in his application of July 7, 1862, and in excess of the acreage therein estimated.
Extent, under 5,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £10.

J. G. and W. SHRIMPTON—District, Upper Waiau.
Bounded on the south, by the northern boundary of run applied for by them, between the Rivers Hope and Boyle, and extending up both sides of the Boyle, as far as grass country extends.
Estimated extent, 3,000 acres.
Deposit paid, £5.
