WHEREAS it has been proved to my satisfaction, that the provisions of the Nelson Waste Lands Bill, section 72, sub-section 7, with regard to the stocking of Runs, have not been fulfilled with respect to the undermentioned Runs : I hereby give notice, that the Runs are forfeited, and LICENSES to DEPASTURE STOCK thereon, subject to the usual Fees, Rents, and Conditions, will be SOLD at this Office, by public AUCTION, to the highest bidder, as provided in the said section, on MONDAY, the 7th day of September next :—
