thence through the Big Bush to the Top
House.

To commence from the south-eastern
boundary of Section, numbered 108 and 110,
Waimea-east, and to continue along the line
of road now in use through the Village of
Appleby, thence over the Waimea River to
the "Horse and Jockey" Public-house, thence
to the Village of Upper Moutere, and con-
tinuing the same road to the Moutere River,
thence to Section 165, Square 3, and along
its south and eastern boundaries, and thence
along the road leading through the Village of
Motueka and across the River to the Riwaka,
and continuing to the foot of the hills near
Mr. Cook's, Riwaka Valley. -
To commence from the southern boun-
dary of Section numbered 19, Square 8, and
to continue along the line of road now in
use to the Landing-place of the Waitapu.
PROVINCIAL BRIDLE ROADS.
-
To commence at the base of the hills
near Mr. Cook's, Riwaka Valley, and to take
the track now in use over the Takaka
Ranges to the Provincial Trunk line of road
at Section numbered 19, Square 8. -
To commence at Section numbered
137, Square 11, and to continue along the line
of track as shown on the plans to the Court-
house, at the Town of Collingwood. -
To commence at the limit of the City
of Nelson, and to continue along the track
now in use up the Maitai River, over the
Saddle Hill and terminating at the River
Heringa.

the Public Seal of the Province, at
Nelson, this Seventeenth day of July,
in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-three.
