In accordance with the provisions of the Immigration Ordinance, I hereby certify that I have examined the above Balance Sheet of the Immigration Commissioners, for the Financial Year ending March 31, 1863, and find the same correct, and that the sum of £1,737 12s. 5d., is due by the Treasurer of the said Commissioners.

THE Motueka District is hereby divided into two Districts, to be named respectively the Motueka District, and the Pangatotara District, and the division line between them shall be, on the East, a line midway between the two School-houses, starting from the present Moutere boundary, to the Motueka river, thence, in a westerly direction, up the south side of the river, to Douglas' ford, thence across the river to the foot of the hills, and so far back as to include the lands on the residents on the west side of the river, thence up the valley on the same side to the southern boundary, as at present constituted.
