IN accordance with the Provisions of the Land Regulations of the 15th February, 1860: Notice is hereby given that the Sections, Nos. 11 of Pigeon Valley, and 95 on the Moutere Hills, are withdrawn from sale.

PROCLAMATION.

By his Honor JOHN PERRY ROBINSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand, &c., &c., &c.

I, JOHN PERRY ROBINSON, Superintendent of Nelson, by virtue of the powers conferred on the Governor under the "Gold Fields Act, 1858" and delegated to me by an instrument under the hand of the Governor, and under the public Seal of the Colony, bearing date the twenty-fourth day of July 1861, do hereby revoke a proclamation of the Governor defining the limits of the Collingwood Gold Field, and bearing date the twenty-first day of September 1860, in so far as the said Proclamation concerns the sections of land hereinafter mentioned, and do proclaim and declare that the sections of land in the Upper Takaka district numbered respectively 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, and 43, all on square number 8 of the map of the Province of Nelson, and the sections of land on Golden Bay numbered respectively 65, 66, 103, and 104, on square number 14 of the said map, shall be excluded from the limits of the said Gold Field and from the operation of the said Act.

Given under my hand, and sealed with the Public Seal of the Province, at Nelson, this Twentieth day of May, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.
