HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified for general information that the undermentioned gentlemen have been elected Members of the Nelson Board of Works, under the provisions of the "Nelson Improvement Amendment Act, 1858," in place of the three members retired from office;

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the undermentioned gentlemen have been duly elected under the provisions of the "Country Roads Amendment Act, 1858," (to supply the places of the Members who retired in accordance with the 3rd Clause of the said Act), for carrying out the said Act in the undermentioned districts respectively:—

Suburban North.
WILLIAM WELLS, ROBERT POLLOCK, THOMAS DOUGHTY.

Waimea District.
JOHN WALLIS BARNICOAT, EDWARD BAIGENT, JOHN KERR.

Moutere.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Decisions in favor of the undermentioned applicants for Licenses to Depasture Stock, have been given in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Land Regulations of the 15th February, 1860.
