By his honour JOHN PERRY ROBINSON, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand.
THE SUPERINTENDENT of the Province of Nelson, do hereby proclaim that the undermentioned Allotments of Land will be put to Auction, at the Crown Land Office, Nelson, on Saturday, the 21st of July, 1860, immediately after the conclusion of the Sales already proclaimed for that date.
Ten per cent. of the purchase-money to be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder to be paid within one month, or the deposit forfeited.

APPLICATIONS FOR DEPASTURAGE LICENSES, in accordance with the Land Regulations under the Waste Lands Act, 1858, received by the Commissioner of Crown Lands, during the months of March and April, 1860:—

District—Waimea East.
For that portion of the Waste Lands of the Crown situate between and bounded by the River Wairoa and a branch of the same running through Aniseed Valley, and bounded on the East, North-east, and South-west by bush hills, together with any grass hills contiguous thereto, excepting all sold sections in said valleys.
Estimated extent—6,000 acres.
Deposit paid—£10.

District—Upper Waiau.
Boundaries—On the Northward, by a line running due east and west from a saddle between the Rivers Clarence and Waiau to the foot of hills on the western side of the Waiau; thence along the foot of the hills to the valley of the Ada, at the foot of the hills on its north side for three miles; thence across the range between the Ada and the Henry to the saddle leading from the Henry to the Grey; thence along the foot of the range on its western side to the saddle between the Grey and the Boyle; thence along the foot of the range on the Boyle to the saddle between the Boyle and the Ann; thence along the course of the Ann to its junction with the Henry; thence along the course of the Henry to its junction with the Waiau; thence across the Waiau, by a line drawn due west and east, to the summit of the dividing range between the Clarence and the Waiati; and thence along the summit of the said dividing range to the first-mentioned saddle.
Estimated extent—20,000 acres.
Deposit paid—£30.

Boundaries—On the Northward, partly by a straight line from the junction of the Henry with the Waiau to the summit of the hills on the eastern side of the Waiau, and partly by the River Henry to its junction with the Ann; thence up the Ann to its source in a saddle leading to the Boyle; thence across the saddle to the Boyle; on the Southward and Westward, by the River Boyle to
