IN accordance with the provisions of the Land Regulations of the 15th February, 1860, clause 25, Notice is hereby given, that the undermentioned SECTIONS of Land, advertised for Sale by public Auction, in the Proclamation dated the 28th May last, are WITHDRAWN from sale, viz.:—

PROCLAMATION.

By His Honour JOHN PERRY ROBINSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand.

I, THE SUPERINTENDENT of the Province of Nelson, do hereby proclaim that the undermentioned Allotments of Land will be put to Auction, at the Crown Land Office, Nelson, on SATURDAY, the 21st of July, 1860, immediately after the conclusion of the Sale already proclaimed for that date.

Ten per cent. of the purchase-money to be deposited at the Sale, and the remainder to be paid within one month, or the deposit forfeited.
