PROCLAMATION.
By His Honour JOHN PERRY ROBINSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in the Islands of New Zealand, &c., &c., &c.
WHEREAS, by an Act of the Imperial Parliament, passed in the Session holden in the fifteenth and sixteenth years of the reign of her Majesty Queen Victoria, cap. 72, intituled "An Act to grant a Representative Constitution to the Colony of New Zealand," it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Superintendent of any province established by the said Act, by proclamation in the Government Gazette, to fix such place or places within the limits of the province, and such times for holding any session of the Provincial Council as he may think fit, and from time to time in manner aforesaid to alter and vary such times and places as he may judge advisable and most consistent with general convenience:
Now, therefore, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Nelson, in pursuance of the power and authority in me vested, do hereby proclaim and appoint that the Provincial Council of Nelson shall meet at the Masonic Hall, Nelson, on TUESDAY, the 27th day of March next, at One o'clock, p.m.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province, at Nelson, this Tenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty.

HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notified, that the undermentioned Crown Lands have been WITHDRAWN from the SALE by Auction advertised for the 15th instant:β
Section, No. 14, 141 acres, Square, No. 8
" No. 15, 143 " Square, No. 8
Also, a portion of No. 8, Maitai (Square, No. 8), containing about 18 acres, at the junction of the northern and southern branches of the Maitai River.
