HIS Honour the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the ORDER of the Justices of the Peace, dated at Richmond, the 24th September, 1860, for making a NEW ROAD in the district of WAIMEA SOUTH, as described in the notice of T. J. THOMPSON, Surveyor to the waimea Road Board, dated 28th July, 1860, and published in the Nelson Gazette, No. 12, of the 21st of August, 1860, has been confirmed by the Superintendent and Executive Council, as required by the "Alteration of Roads Ordinance, 1854."

I HEREBY certify that CHARLES EDWARD COTTERELL has this day produced before me a Certificate from the Royal College of Surgeons, England, and has thereby qualified himself as a MEDICAL PRACTITIONER under the Ordinance, Session I., No. 2, of the Province of New Munster, intituled, "An Ordinance to define the Qualification, and to provide for the Remuneration, in certain cases, of Medical Practitioners."
