IN exercise of the power in me vested for this
purpose by "The Customs Regulation
Act, 1858," I, the Commissioner of Customs,
do hereby appoint that the following shall be
a legal Quay or Landing-place for the Port of
Wairau :—
The right bank of the Opawa branch of the
River Wairau, commencing from a point
six hundred yards below the Police Station,
and extending for a distance of one hun-
dred yards, measured down stream, along
the bank.
